In July 2022 I did a sponsored head shave and raised just over £2000 for a wonderful Warrington charity –
“JUMP Children’s Charity” provide children living with a life limiting or threatening condition and their families a professional photoshoot to be remembered and treasured forever in a memory photobook. They also host regular Family Memorable Days in the North West for their community of families.”
JUMP meet with families who are going through the worst of times, and try to make the sun shine in their lives for a little while.
I’ve never been someone who loves doing their hair and getting dressed up, so having cut my hair short it has stayed that way! It may grow a little over the coming months, but at the moment the benefits of being able to “wash and go” suit me.
